The design and build are free: there is no setup fee and nothing to pay upfront. You then pay a monthly fee, from £29, which covers your hosting, domain name, security, updates and support. That monthly fee is how we get paid.

No. There’s no minimum term. If you want to stop, give us 30 days’ notice and that’s it.

Your domain name is yours to keep: we’ll transfer it to you. If you’d like to keep the website itself as well, you can buy it for a one-off fee. Otherwise it simply comes offline at the end of your notice period.

Once we have your details, photos and logo, most sites are ready for you to review within a few working days. Bigger sites take a little longer.

Not at all. We can work with what you have, and we can design a simple logo for you as an optional extra.

We build every site so Google can read it properly, and on the Business plan and above we set up your Google Business Profile too. Nobody can honestly guarantee a number one spot, and we won’t pretend to.

Yes. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, tell us and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Your website is then taken offline.

By monthly Direct Debit or card. We build your site first. Your first payment is taken when you approve it, and then we put it live.

We register and manage it for you while you’re a customer, so you never have to think about renewals. If you leave, we transfer it to you at no charge for the transfer itself.

Yes. We’ll point your existing domain at your new website and talk you through anything you need to do. It usually takes a few minutes.

Yes. We’ll build your new site, show it to you, and only switch over when you’re happy. Your old site stays live until then.

Your business name, what you do, the areas you cover, your contact details, and any logo and photos you have. If you’re short on words or photos, we’ll help.

Yes. Every plan includes small edits each month, such as new prices, text, opening hours or photos. Email us the change and we’ll do it for you, so there’s no software to learn. Bigger changes, like new pages or a redesign, are quoted first.

Yes. We’re based in Lancashire but everything is done online and by phone, so we work with businesses anywhere in the UK.

The Business and Growth plans include email forwarding, so mail sent to an address at your domain arrives in your normal inbox. Full mailboxes with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 are available as an extra.

Our plans are for information and enquiry websites, which is what most small businesses need. If you need to sell online, tell us what you have in mind and we’ll give you an honest answer on whether we’re the right fit.

Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time, and the new price applies from your next monthly payment.
