What if I want to leave?
There’s no minimum term. Give us 30 days’ notice and your plan ends.
Your domain name is yours. We transfer it to you.
Your website can be bought for a fixed one-off fee if you’d like to keep it. The price is set out in our terms. Otherwise it comes offline when your notice ends.

Is the website really free?
The design and build are free: there is no setup fee and nothing to pay upfront. You then pay a monthly fee, from £29, which covers your hosting, domain name, security, updates and support. That monthly fee is how we get paid.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. There’s no minimum term. If you want to stop, give us 30 days’ notice and that’s it.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, tell us and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Your website is then taken offline.
How do I pay?
By monthly Direct Debit or card. We build your site first. Your first payment is taken when you approve it, and then we put it live.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan at any time, and the new price applies from your next monthly payment.
Are there any other costs?
No setup fee and no hidden charges. The only extras are optional add-ons you choose, like a logo design or extra pages, and we always tell you the price first.
